The Curriculum for the Certificate in Water Conflict Management and Transformation
are required to take a total of 18 graduate-level credits from the
courses provided below. Upon successful completion of this program,
students will have a certificate. Furthermore, with approval these
courses may be applied to other graduate degree programs at Oregon

Advisor guidance and approval is required for each student's certificate program of study.
students seeking a certificate or graduate minor are subject to all
general policies governing the courses for the master's degree. As
such, these students will be required to take a minimum of 50% graduate
stand-alone courses. The remaining credits may be the 500 component of
400/500 slash courses.
Pursuant to the OSU
Curricular Procedures Handbook, the certificate program must be
completed by the time the associated post-graduate degree is conferred.
If a student is admitted to the university and admitted solely in the
certificate program, the student has two years to complete the program.
